Our cruise consultants will help you determine which vessel will provide the perfect backdrop for your celebration and will provide you with links to caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, transportation or any other special requests you may have. We have a stunning fleet for you to choose from for your Wedding. Our experienced and creative consultants will help you plan and design a unique an beautiful wedding that reflects your personality as a couple – your style, your ideas, your dreams and your budget.  We assist you with all aspects of your wedding planning from amazing ideas for invitations and stunning floral arrangements to a ceremony and reception that fits you to a “T”.   We take care of all of the logistics of your wedding day while keeping you involved every step of the way.  At Tahoe Cruises, we believe that the Bride and Groom should thoroughly enjoy every aspect of their wedding and leave the stress behind for us to manage.

 

 

 

Weddings Packages

Daytime or Sunset Wedding Cruise  Call us to disucss your dream wedding. Captain, crew, bartender, and a complimentary bottle of champagne are all included in the price of your wedding cruise. We accept most major credit cards. Charter rates subject to a service charge of 18%. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Captain's Ceremony Fee is paid directly to the Captain by the wedding party following the ceremony. A California or Nevada marriage license will be required. Visit our License Info page for details.

Minister's Ceremony Fee is paid directly to minister by the wedding party at the time of the service. The minister will be onboard for the entire cruise.

The Wedding Fleet

The Safari Rose is available for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners & other special events. Maximum of 60 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited beer, wine and champagne service is also available at $15 per person, plus a 18% service charge (based on a 2 hour cruise). Rates include additional half-hour aboard the yacht prior to cruise time for bride and up to 5 guests to change (subject to availability). Rates include Complementary Shuttle Service to the Safari Rose in the Tahoe Keys Marina. Daytime or Sunset Wedding Cruise

The Tahoe is available May through September for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners & other special events. Maximum of 16 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited domestic beer, white wine and champagne service is also available at $10 per person, plus a 18% service charge (based on a 2 hour cruise). Daytime or Sunset Wedding Cruise

The Woodwind II is available May through September for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners & other special events. Maximum of 50 passengers. Catering and a full no-host bar are available. Unlimited domestic beer, white wine and champagne service is also available at $10 per person, plus a 18% service charge based on cruise time.

Catering  your Wedding

Wedding Catering is offered on all of our vessels by three local, reputable caterers – Blue Angel Weddings & Catering, Elegant Affair, Katie Cakes & The Cork & More. Prices are based on your selections. Your Wedding Cruise Ceremony can be your Reception as well. Please email us or call one of our Event Coordinators at 888 867 6394 as many options are available.
